Please take care of yourself. We need healthy, rested band members who can fully contribute to the ensemble. Eating well and getting enough sleep are important to your mental and physical health. If you are medication, be sure to take it! Don't do things that might cause or augment an injury.

Everyone has to make sacrifices when prioritizing things in life. Make good choices that allow you to be your best.

On the other side of the coin, if you are not feeling well at a band event, please say something to an adult so we can help you before it gets more serious. You have a high level of dedication, which we appreciate, but we don't expect you to suffer just so you can perform.

Congratulations to the 2019 Squads of the Week(Squad Leader listed first)
